A DBS Check is a background check used by employers on behalf of applicants to ensure that a candidate is suitable to work in a specific industry. It is also known as a CRB Check or Basic Disclosure.
Once you you have submitted your application one of our agents will review it carefully to ensure that there are no errors or missing information. If any additional information is required we will contact you via email (or SMS and phone if you request) to amend everything as soon as possible.
Once we have checked all of the relevant documentation your certificate will be dispatched to the address you provided on the application.
Your certificate will arrive in 3 to 5 days at the address you provided us. Some applications may take longer.

The certificate usually arrives in under 3 working days but can take up to 14 working days in some circumstances.
If you’re ordering less than 3 we would recommend just going through the application process normally as each application only takes 5 minutes.
